Benjamin Fok Chun-yue is a permanent governor of the Fok Ying Tung Foundation and a director within the Fok Ying Tung Group founded by his father, Dr Henry Fok Ying Tung. From the mid-1980s he led the development of some ten square kilometres of Nansha, Guangzhou, including a container terminal, science park and the Fok Ying Tung HKUST Graduate Research Centre.
